Even though watermelon is so yummy, there aren’t too many different ways to eat it. They can be very large, so it’s often difficult to eat a whole one before it goes bad and once in a while you have that one chunk or two left over. This easy watermelon smoothies recipe makes a delicious, refreshing smoothie that’s perfect for a hot summer day and is great to use leftover watermelon!
Watermelon Smoothies Recipe
2 1/4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
1/2+ cup water
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 large lemon, squeezed or 2 limes in place of lemon
1 fresh banana
Blend all ingredients. Pour.

Sleep Inducing Smoothie Recipe
1 cup tart cherry juice
1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk or soy milk
5 ice cubes
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Combine all in a blender. Blend until smooth.
