Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple – cut up and frozen overnight*
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and blend in a blender or food processor, stirring as needed, until creamy.
  2. Makes about 3-4 servings.
  3. Place leftover pineapple whip in an 8×8 inch pan and freeze in one layer.

Notes

*You may use canned pineapple.
