Red Velvet Fluff Brownies
Make a batch of your favorite brownie mix, adding 1-1 1/2 cups chocolate chips* and 1-2 Tbsp. of red food coloring. Different brands of food coloring get red faster so keep adding until you have the shade of red you want. Bake as usual.
As soon as you pull them out of the oven, add:
1 cup marshmallow fluff
30 large marshmallows**
Drop fluff by spoonfuls on top of brownies. Then lay marshmallows on top of that. Heat up the broiler and slide under the broiler for 15-20 seconds until golden. Let cool. Cut with knife sprayed with cooking oil.
*You can add some white chocolate chips too or make it half chocolate and half white.
**If you don’t have large marshmallows, you can use mini ones. Just watch them carefully while broiling.
