Peppermint Hot Chocolate
For a different twist on hot chocolate try pouring your hot chocolate over some peppermint ice cream.

I just made a Christmas Punch for our office party today that is super.
1 half-gallon Peppermint Ice Cream softened
2 quarts Egg Nog
1 liter bottle Ginger Ale
Mix this all together and pour in clear 9 oz plastic cups with a mini candy cane hanging over the edge of the cup. This recipe is pretty and will serve 15.
