Crust

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Filling

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar

Topping:

12 bananas
1 can (15 oz.) pineapple, crushed or chunks (your choice)
Strawberries or other fruit
1 container whipped topping
Ice cream topping
Nuts or toffee bits
Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients together.
  2. Spread into a 9×13 inch pan. Chill.
  3. Cream together filling ingredients. It will crumble at first, but keep mixing until smooth.
  4. Spread the filling onto the crust.
  5. Slice the bananas over the filling.
  6. Top with pineapple and then any other fruit you want.
  7. Spread with whipped topping.
  8. Drizzle with either chocolate, caramel, butterscotch sauce or your favorite ice cream topping.
  9. Sprinkle with nuts and garnish with cherries.
