Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine, melted
6 cups crisp rice cereal, finely crushed
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint each pineapple, raspberry and lime sherbet

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, cereal and brown sugar, until crumbly.
  2. Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture for topping.
  3. Press the rest into a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla to the whipped topping; carefully spread onto the crust.
  5. Arrange small scoops of sherbet on top.
  6. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
  7. Cover and freeze until firm.
