1 cup warm water (120°)
1 pkg. or 1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil (Olive oil is best)
2 tsp. crushed garlic (optional)
1 tsp. basil (optional)
1 tsp. thyme (optional)
1 tsp. oregano (optional)
2 1/2–3 cups flour
To freeze after first rising wrap in plastic wrap, put in freezer bag and freeze for up to 6 months.
