Do your cookbooks have a lot of poultry, fish, or seafood recipes? My husband has liver failure and cancer and cannot have any beef, pork, or red meat ( ie, wild game). I would like to order them when I can but wanted to know if they had recipes I could use. Thanks.
Jill
We do have a lot of chicken recipes but one of the main things about our recipes is they are very easy to adapt to most special diet needs because the are so simple and easy.

We had this for lunch. It tasted great and is a keeper. It was so easy and fast that by the time the rice was done so was the chicken. In fact we ended up eating 30 mintes early because it was done in 15 minutes. We will be eating this again and again. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
