Holiday Muffins Mix Recipe – Easy Gift In A Jar!
This easy holiday muffins mix recipe makes tasty muffins with all the flavor of the holidays! You can make the entire recipe yourself or make the mix for a delightful gift in a jar for friends, family, teachers or anyone who might like a tasty edible gift! These are also great after school snacks for kids! You can find this recipe in our Dining On A Dime Cookbook Volume 1.
- Yield: Makes 15-18 muffins
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place mix in a one quart jar.

Holiday Muffins
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease muffin tins.
- Pour Holiday Muffins Mix into a bowl.
- Add other ingredients and stir until moistened. Do not overmix.
- Fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Immediately remove from the pan and serve warm.
Makes 15-18 muffins.

You would just layer each ingredient how ever you want and then add as little or much decorating on the lid. You can even use cellophane bags to layer it in and tie with a ribbon and label. If you use the bags then open them and place in large mug or jar to help hole them upright why filling. Jar Mixes
