Glitter Grapes Recipe
This Glitter Grapes Recipe is a light, easy and pretty recipe for a Spring or Summer dish. The kids love these glitter grapes, too. I haven’t tried it yet but I don’t know why you couldn’t use different flavored Jello. It might not look the same but you could get some fun and different flavors and looks.
Glitter Grapes
1 pound of green seedless grapes, pulled from the stems and rinsed
1 3-oz. package of Melon Fusion Jell-O (NOT prepared)
Water
Rinse the grapes under water until they are all clean and wet. Spread the gelatin mix on a plate, about 1/3 at a time. Place a handful of grapes on the plate and gently roll each grape in the gelatin powder until it is covered. (A spoon works best for this s you don’t lose too much gelatin on your hands.) Place the coated grapes into a bowl and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients until all of the grapes are covered. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 1 hour until the gelatin is set. The colder these are, the better they taste!

I put green grapes in the freezer–spread out in a flat layer in a zip-top bag. I think this would work will with the gelatin.

Sounds interesting. Especially fun when hot outside.

This looks really good and fun to do. Can’t wait to try it. There are always grapes at my house.

Frozen grapes are delicious. Just wash and remove from the stem. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer and freeze them. Then put is a zip bag. They are a great snack on a hot day. Now I am going to try them with sugar free jello on them.
