One Pan Garlic Mushroom Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (around 6 fillets)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/21 tsp. dried thyme (to taste)
1/21 tsp. dried rosemary (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle seasoned salt the on chicken, coating evenly.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs in batches until browned on each side and no longer pink in the center.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in the same pan.
  6. Add the mushrooms.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft (about 3 minutes).
  8. Add the garlic, parsley, thyme and rosemary; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  9. Return the chicken to the pan.
  10. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize this recipe to your liking. For instance, if you desire a stronger garlic flavor, add more to your preference.

If garlic isn’t available, garlic powder can be substituted in its place.
