Ingredients

zucchini, sliced or cut into sticks
all purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
cracker crumbs
vegetable oil,for frying
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash all the vegetables.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin slices.
  3. Put some flour into a bowl.
  4. Put the egg and milk into another bowl and mix.
  5. Place crackers crumbs into a bowl.
  6. Put the vegetable oil in a deep saucepan or frying pan.; Heat to 375° or until a few cracker crumbs fry quickly.
  7. Dip vegetables into the flour, then the egg mixture, and then the cracker crumbs.
  8. Fry until golden.
  9. Drain on paper towels.
  10. Salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
