½ cup beef, turkey or chicken
1 pkg. stir fry vegetables
seasoned salt
soy sauce (optional)
In a frying pan, put the vegetables, chicken, seasoned salt and soy sauce. Cook about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until the vegetables are tender.

½ can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Cook the macaroni in a pan according to the package directions. Add cut up meatballs, cheese, tomato sauce and seasoned salt. Heat on low until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve.

Each recipe is a little different and it also depends on how much your family eats. For example a family with 2 toddlers will eat differently than a family with 2 teen boys. You need to think how much do we eat – does 1 box of mac and cheese feed my family of 4 for a side dish or 2 of us for a whole meal and then go from there.
