Sara
which gluten free flour did you use?
Jill
The walmart brand seems to work best.
Teresa
I’m in process of making the rolls and the dough is very soupy. Do I just add more flour?
Jill
You can Teresa but with gluten free they may not turn out. You have to be exceptionally careful in measuring exactly with gluten free breads.
Sonya
Can I use honey in place of sugar?
Jill
Sonya for the gluten free recipes it is best to stick to the recipe so it would be best to use sugar. Besides that too honey is more liquid and would change the constancy of the dough.
Jane
Can you use an egg substitute?
Jill
Have not tried it but think you can.
Mary
Can I use real butter instead?
Tawra
If you want but they won’t be as fluffy.
