This easy garlic mayo recipe is great on sandwiches, chicken, fish or with vegetables.
Ingredients
Units
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 large cloves garlic, pressed or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix pressed garlic with mayonnaise.
- Store in a jar or sealed plastic container. Refrigerate for at least 1 day before using. Use within 1 week.

I make this with light mayonaise, then mix a cup and a 1/2 with cubed-bite size sourdough bread (1 loaf) and a couple hearts of romaine, “garlic bread salad,” yum!
