Ingredients

1 batch 2-ingredient dough
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted (optional)
2 tsp. sea salt (optional)
1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut dough into eight pieces.
  2. Put one piece of dough on a well floured surface and sprinkle with flour; Roll the piece of dough into a thin circle and set aside.
  3. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough.
  4. Warm a cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Brush the skillet with olive oil and then carefully add a thin circle of dough.
  6. Cook for a few minutes until it puffs up and gets brown spots; Flip and cook on the other side.
  7. Repeat with remaining dough.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt and cilantro, if desired.
