Easy Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

1 batch 2-ingredient dough
1/2 cup boiling water
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. pretzel salt or coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚.
  2. Cut the dough into four pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into a long rope.
  4. Cut the ropes into small segments.
  5. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water.
  6. Dip the dough segments into the baking soda mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake 7-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt.
