Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp milk*
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients well in the order listed.
  2. Add milk gradually until it makes the consistency you want.
  3. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. This recipe frosts about 12 cupcakes.

Notes

*Add less milk and you can use it as a dip for cookies, cake or graham crackers.
