Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

pumpkin seeds*
salt or seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°.
  2. Boil the pumpkin seeds in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Sprinkle with salt or seasoned salt.
  5. Place a thin layer on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake.
  7. Stir after 30 minutes.
  8. Bake 1/2-1 hour more or until crunchy.

Notes

*If you like, you can also use squash seeds instead of pumpkin seeds.
