Ingredients

1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix the cake mix as directed on the package.
  3. Add the dry pudding and pumpkin. Mix well.
  4. Pour into 24 paper lined muffin cups.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and egg together.
  6. Drop a spoonful into the center of each cupcake.
  7. Swirl gently with a spoon.
  8. Bake for 18-21 minutes.
