8oz. cream cheese, softened 1(16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
Instructions
Whisk or beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Drain fruit.
Mix fruit into cream cheese.
Pour into a loaf pan (or anything freezer proof and about that size).
Freeze.
Let thaw slightly before you are ready to serve.
Slice like you would bread. Sometimes a warm knife makes it easier.
Notes
This can be served with a dollop of whipped cream for dessert or on a lettuce leaf for a salad. You can also use other kinds of canned fruit but the fruit cocktail tastes really good frozen like this.
