Air Fryer Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (or juice from 1 whole lemon)
1 tsp. pepper (optional)
1 tsp. paprika (optional)
1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or a ziptop bag, mix all of the ingredients except the chicken. (Use the seasonings of your choice.)
  2. Mix. Make sure to coat the chicken thoroughly with the mixture.
  3. Marinate 30 minutes.
  4. Place in an air fryer and cook at 400° for 6 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken over and air fry 6 more minutes.
  6. Make sure the chicken temperature is at least 165° in the center.
  7. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
