Do you know the macros for your recipes specifically the two ingredient peach ice cream?
Jill
No we do not post those types of things on our recipes. With the hundreds of special diets everyone is on now there is no way we could post everything for everyone of those diets.
wolfy
You can figure them out by reading the labels you use in making your own :) Each brand of condensed milk, for example, is just a liiiiitle different than the next. But they have it all on their labels :)
Cynthia
We been eating and enjoying the orange servers for three decades now. I use an expensive brand of orange soda and can of sweetened condensed milk. I was told by a dietetic that it was okay for them. Recently found out that was not true. Everyone should enjoy your recipes.
Christy
That was funny about the bananas being to Frozen but I got a bigger problem I use heavy whipping cream and it did not do any peaks at all and I have a new mixer standing kind. So can you help me ask her what I did wrong there I would love to have some homemade ice cream LOL 😂
Jill
Here are a couple of things Christy. First and for most you must have your whipping cream really cold before you start and it is even better if the bowl and whipping utensil is cold too. If you are using your new mixer make sure you are using the right attachment for it. Make sure you don’t add the sweetener it until you have whipped it some. Be careful not to over whip it because it can go from soft peaks to butter pretty fast. Although it didn’t sound like you got any peaks at all so the first tips may help you the most. Heat and humidity can affect it too.
Libby
Hi there,
I couldn’t see or find how grams or cups the finished product made. Pse could you tell me, unless I just seeing it as I scrolled to find it.
Kind regards
Libby😊
Jill
Wasn’t for sure which recipe you were needing for sure Libby but most of the them make between 3-5 cups. For the ones using like 4 bananas that usually means about 4 servings.
Peg

Thusi alicia
Woooow thank for the recipe I’ll try it
Linda
Can you tell me what the serving size is or how many these recipes serve? thanks
Jill
No Linda I really can’t. It just depends on who you are feeding and that type of thing. For example if you are making it for teenage boys 4 bananas in a recipe might be the right amount for just 1 serving where if you were making it for 3 yr olds you could probably have 6 servings. It also depends on the size of your bananas too. If you have super large bananas one time and small tiny bananas another it could make twice as much.
Mary A.
Can this recipe be.use with a ice cream maker ?
Jill
You know Mary I am not sure because I have never tried it in a freezer although I wonder it the beating of the mixer would work better than just the paddle in a ice cream maker
Bonni
Mary I was reading your comment about using in an ice cream freezer. The anwer is yes. I do make Ice cream with whipping cream and sweetened condesnsed milk. I have a small condensor ice cream freezer and I do not whip the cream. I mix my ingredients and them pour into the ice cream mixer for about 30-40 minutes. Its soft serve when done and then I move it to a container and freeze.
