This Snickers Caramel Apple Dip is great for sleepovers, game day or any time you have a sweet tooth attack!
Snickers Caramel Apple Dip Recipe
10 fun size (about 2 inch long) Snickers candy bars, chopped
1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a full boil (10-12 minutes). Stir occasionally. Add sweetened condensed milk and Snickers, cooking and stirring until the candy bars are melted and the dip thickens. Remove from the heat, add vanilla and pour into a serving dish.
Serve with fruit (apples, oranges, bananas etc.), graham crackers, Ritz crackers, pretzels, oatmeal or peanut butter cookies, cubes of cake or marshmallows.
