Tips
- If you need menu ideas, check out your school lunch menus. (Tip from DD.)
- Another place for good menu ideas is your favorite restaurant menu. They usually try to have eye and taste pleasing combinations when they serve their dishes.
- I save and use the 8 oz. yogurt containers to make my own jello and pudding cups for my husband’s lunch. I also use them to pack fruit for him. I usually make 8 cups of jello at once because it saves a lot of time. (From:Glenda S.)
- When using a roll of cookie dough for a crust on a pizza pan, slice the dough and lay it all over the pan. Then press to cover the pan. This makes it a little easier to pat it out to the edges.
You could serve today’s menu with mashed potatoes. For gravy, use a can of turkey gravy. It goes nicely with the stuffing covered pork chops.

Patricia
Never mind – silly old lady just read the recipe down below for the peanut butter pizza. Not my taste so I hadn’t read it before. Sorry!
